How to Order
We understand and appreciate that it is very difficult to order koi online without seeing individual fish and their colours! However, due to COVID, you cannot come into our store to choose the colours that appeal to you. Additionally, we sell so many koi every week, that we simply cannot photograph and list each one.
We therefore recommend that in order to let us know what colour s you’d like, that you follow the steps below:
- Once you ve added koi to your cart, click on the cart to view your purchases

- Underneath the cart contents is a large box for “NOTES FOR US”

- Please use this area to type in the colour of the koi you’d most like, together with a substitute colour (in case we don’t have your first choice)

We will do our absolute best to fulfill your chosen colour and hope you understand if we need to use your second choice.
